Property layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Also contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling various sections of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
